He was able to diagnose our A/C issue, was also equipped with the part that needed to be replaced and had us up and running in less than 10 minutes. Nerio with Arthur Heating and Air was very efficient and explained what he was doing and why. Replacement parts were immediately available on his truck and were replaced quickly. He explained that some parts that may be needed later but didn’t try to make a quick sale of those parts. Pricing was reasonable. I have used Arthur Air for a couple years on my old system. All their techs are professional and courteous. This spring I decided to replace my 16 year old system. Clint gave me a very competitive bid with a great warranty. Erick and his team did a beautiful job on the install.
